The web panel at corebasehq.com/panel is where you manage your organization, data sources, access policies, and billing.

Dashboard

Live activity — queries per day, connected agents, top data sources, recent errors.

Chat

Natural-language query interface. Powered by your data + Unified Context.

Widget

Embed the assistant in your own product — server-signed JWT sessions, per-end-user limits.

Sources

Add and manage databases, APIs, SaaS connectors, and CoreMCP agents.

Schemas

Sync and inspect the schema snapshots your agents have shared.

Semantic Layer

Pin business concepts to columns and review what Unified Context learned.

Access

Define who can query which data — by user attribute, table, or pattern.

Audit Log

Every retrieval, with applied policies and timing. Team plan and above.

API Tokens

Issue cb_live_ tokens for the Developer API. Available on every plan.

LLM keys

Add your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Groq, Mistral, Azure, OpenRouter, or Ollama key. CoreBase runs every chat through it.

Team

Invite members, manage roles, set user attributes.

Billing

Subscription plan and Stripe customer portal.

Onboarding

Brand-new organizations are walked through a short setup the first time they sign in:
  1. Add an LLM key — paste your Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, or other provider API key. Chat won’t work without one.
  2. Connect a source — paste a Postgres DSN, register a CoreMCP agent (MSSQL / Firebird), wire a REST or GraphQL API, or hook up Slack / Microsoft 365 ingestion.
  3. Set a starter policy — pick a recipe (e.g. lock #finance to admins).
  4. Done — land on the dashboard.
You can re-run any step from the corresponding page in the sidebar.

Roles

CoreBase has two organization roles: Per-feature gating beyond the two roles is done with user attributes (see Access policies).
